Possible site Gailisi4, where we could move and set up a permaculture garden

 This 'Gailisi4' might be a possible stooping point for setting up a permaculture garden. It was Vineta's grandparents farm, but has been left wild for 5 years. Now nature is striving here: there are caves animals have dug under  buildings, maybe raccoons? There are deer grazing what used to be a front yard, wild boar digging out abandoned potatoes field. Old apple trees has died but new have grown instead.  Forest is overgrowing farmland. Soil is healthy!
